I work with quite a few real estate agents and stagers that espouse the basics, like de-cluttering to improve a home&#039;s appearance. However I&#039;ve encountered a few that provide a list of references; in fact I was once present when the client called one reference immediately after the agent&#039;s departure. I thought it was a pretty compelling anecdote.</description>
