Last week I posted some of my thoughts about the current challanging matrket and its effect on the industry. I then found out that many people must read my blogging because I got a few of the companies that I mentioned responding to my thoughts…so for the record:
Prudential New Jersey- merged the Flemington office into the Clinton office. A good move during this challanging market. I also was told from a VERY good source that PNJ is NOT merging with Weidel and that it was only a rumor as stated.
NRT/Realogy- is doing fine and is not going bankrupt any time in the future. This info makes me very happy, as I said in that e-mail that would hurt the entire industry.
Take time to remember George Washington today! He was the original reason for President’s day.
