New Features on Realtor.com
Those of you who have logged onto Realtor.com in the past couple of days may have noticed some subtle changes. In addition to some aesthetic changes, including a new look for featured homes, the site now offers improved search tools that allow users to find properties without using checkboxes or pull down menus. Changes to search criteria can be made more easily without going back to the beginning of the search. There is also a new home valuation tool that pulls information directly from the MLS.
These changes are meant to provide an ease of use and overall more appealing experience for site users. This also provides agents who advertise on realtor.com a benefit as improving the user experience will bring more users and more potential clients to their listings and contact information.
Other changes include larger photos and new neighborhood information. Listings, photos, and virtual tours are all easier to find and require fewer clicks to get to. Also, users are able to receive e-mail alerts when new listings are posted. Log on and check out the new site now.
