Commerce Bank Ballpark, Bridgewater – The Somerset Patriots will have post game fireworks on both July 3rd, and July 6th.

Montgomery High School, Motgomery - In Montgomery, an Independence Day fireworks celebration will begin at about 6 p.m. Wednesday at Montgomery High School on Route 601 in the township’s Skillman section.  The Montgomery event, presented by the township’s Recreation Department, will include a performance by The Infernos — a group playing music from the ’60s and ’70s. The band plans to take the stage at 7:30 p.m. and play until about 9p.m..

The annual fireworks display will begin at about 9:15 p.m. and is expected to run for a half-hour, Montgomery Recreation Director Karen Zimmerman said. Also included will be inflatable rides for children, face painting, refreshments and the sale of trinkets by nonprofit groups.

Franklin Township Municipal Complex, Somerset - The festivities begin at 6 p.m. at the Municipal Complex on DeMott Lane. There will be inflatable amusements, game booths and crafts for the children, as well as music for everyone. Hot dogs, hamburgers, pulled pork, ice cream and snow cones will be offered for sale.
