John Bendall owner of Re/Max Classic Group asks you to play it safe this weekend

Even the most casual observer of the football season is aware that it is coming to it’s apex this Sunday. Those of us in the North East are especially aware that our New York Giants will have the opportunity to try and take down the undefeated New England Patriots. While it’s been a few years since my ‘Boys’ have been to the big game  I still wouldn’t dream of missing it. I expect the game this year may even be as good as the commercials. 

Even if your team will not be represented on the field this weekend it’s likely that you will have football related plans on Sunday. There will be countless house partys and plenty of public gatherings in sports bars all around our area. Don’t forget to drink responsibly and if your plans involve being on the road after the game. If possible either leave before the game is over (blasphemy!) or wait a while after it’s over. There are going to be a lot of drivers on the road immediately after the game and chances are some of them may not be as responsible as you are. Be safe and have a great Super Bowl weekend!
