Register to Vote

John Bendall owner of Re/Max Classic Group reminds you that time is running out to register to vote in New Jersey’s Presidential Primary Elections.

The New Jersey Presidential Primary Elections will be held on February 5th,
2008. If you would like a chance to cast
a vote in this election and you are not registered to vote, time is running
out! The last day to register is January
15th, 2008. Applications are
available at county and municipal offices.

To register in New Jersey, you must be a United States
citizen, at least 18 years old by the next election and a resident of the
county for 30 days before the election. For registered voters wishing to cast
absentee ballots in a presidential primary election, the deadline to file an
application to receive an absentee ballot by mail is Jan. 29. The following is
the contact information for local Boards of elections. Don’t wait contact them
immediately to find out what you need to do to become a registered voter.
