The Good News and The Bad News

Ok, Bad news first the latest according to Wells Fargo is that the housing market is the worst since the great depression.  Since the bulk of media attention these days seems to be how bad things in the Real Estate Market are I was happy to have the opportunity on my latest appearance on MSNBC to share some of the good news.  So what is the good news?  The worst of the current Real Estate woes are in areas other than our own, the outlook here in Central New Jersey is not all that bad.  As I have mentioned many times before, if you are looking to move up you may sell for a little less than you would like in this market, but you will also be buying for a better price so it evens out.
