First: I want to thank all of the agents who showed up and made the Fair in Branchburg a success. Special shout out to Lynn who really did a great job setting the whole thing up and with Cookie’s help worked the booth all day. Besides trying to get the RE/MAX Balloon airborne twice (the wind was not cooperative), and the fact that there is a helium shortage, it all went smooth and those involved had FUN.

Just a few things:

It’s official…. West Milford is safe and sound in their new digs, a beautiful 4000 sqft building in the center of town.(former site of the now closed Keller Williams) Moving; whether it’s your own home or a real estate office the experience can really give you a great perspective of the stress all our clients go through. Speaking of West Milford: We will be having our grand opening on October 13th (10am til dust) and it will coincide with the towns Autumn lights festival. I would love to see as many of you make it as possible. More info to come.

As most of you already know, a bunch of us will be on the Golf course for Habitat tomorrow, there are a few seats left for the Barbeque at 5pm (this includes live music from Rock n Robbie) its only $50 and is for a great Charity. To go you MUST call Donna Haigh BEFORE 11am tomorrow at 908-227-8990….. See ya there its going to be a BLAST!!!!!!!

This week: What happens in Vegas….. About 15 people from Classic and RE/MAX Supreme will be at a team building seminar from Wednesday thru the weekend. While I am gone Dwight will be holding down the fort. He can be reached at 908-231-0700 or Dwight@bendallgroup.com .

This week at the fed: 18th… pray for a ½ point reduction. The market has already shifted their rates towards that happening, so tell all your buyers… IT’S A GREAT TIME TO BUY!!!! lower rates large inventory, with some sellers being very realistic Even though you’re hearing (in the media) different, the mortgage companies still have great programs that include: 100% financing, Jumbo loan…etc It is more important than ever to have your reps pre approve all buyers BEFORE you show them a single home!
