John Bendall announces Homes & Land’s New Internet Partner.

Those of you who have been advertising in Homes & Land and those of you who may be considering it will be happy to know that Homes & Land has teamed up with another new internet partner. HomesAndLand.com offers consumers satellite maps of an area on Microsoft Virtual Earth.  This feature helps to make your job easier. Homebuyers can easily identify and evaluate properties in term of style, price range, access to major thoroughfares, and upcoming open houses. Homebuyers can then tag properties that they would like for you to show them. Because homebuyers are better informed, you’ll spend less time driving them around.

For Homes and Land advertisers, providing the address with your Online Admaker allows the satellite mapping feature to be more accurate. If you don’t currently use Online Admaker your listings will not go on the websites and the Homemail packet will not be sent to your sellers.
