Siding and window replacement offer the some of the highest returns on your investment, while remodeling a home office offers one of the lowest.  No project will be completely paid for once you sell your home so ultimately the most important factor in deciding if and what to remodel is how much enjoyment your family will get out of it while you’re living in the home.
