RE/MAX Classic Group’s own Denise Broesler to be on HGTV
Manager of RE/MAX Classic Group's Berkeley Heights New Jersey office helps Gracie find a home
Cranford, Union Township and Roselle Park residents have been waiting for their episode of Hidden Potential, a new show on HGTV, to be aired. The show is entitled "A House for Gracie" and features the Vita family along with their one year old daughter Gracie.
The Vita family have a $400,000 budget and are living in a cramped 2 bedroom apartment in Jersey City, NJ. They are yearning for a home with a nice yard, porch, office and two bathrooms. The program shows how a custom design plan would fit the family’s needs.
Denise Broesler, Office Manager of John Bendall’s RE/MAX Classic Group in Berkeley Heights, was the realtor who found a long list of properties for the family to consider. At the time of the broadcast, Denise worked as a broker-associate in the RE/MAX located in Westfield, NJ, and has since been asked to manage the Union County location of RE/MAX Classic Group in Berkeley Heights.
"Working with Seth Pompan and the crew was interesting and exciting. It did take some negotiating however to get the homeowners to allow us into their homes for the program. The producers assured the homeowners that the computer generated renovations in the program would show their home in a positive way." All the families and realtors were cooperative and made the process go very smoothly.
The episode "A House for Gracie" will be aired a few times beginning November 5 at 8:30 p.m. on HGTV. Check your local station for air times or go to hgtv.com for more information.
