Top Realtor from RE/MAX Properties Unlimited in Westfield joins RE/MAX Classic Group in New Jersey

John Bendall’s RE/MAX Classic Group is pleased to announce that Denise Broesler, Broker-Associate and ePro, has joined their staff as Manager of their Berkeley Heights office located at 442 Springfield Avenue in Berkeley Heights. Denise comes from RE/MAX Properties Unlimited in Westfield, and has over four years experience in residential real estate in the Union County area, specializing in Berkeley Heights, Westfield, Cranford and Union Township.

Broesler prides herself on philanthropy, with countless hours volunteering as a Eucharistic Minister at Union Hospital, Religious Education Instructor at Holy Spirit Church, Newsletter Editor of the Washington School newsletter, this year’s Cranford’s DMC Chairperson of Restaurant Week, and as a member of the Union and Cranford Chambers of Commerce. She has recently become a member of the Union High School Advisory Committee and a member of NJAWBO (New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners).

Denise uses state of the art technology to keep her clients ahead of their competition, and strategize with her home sellers to keep their listings fresh and full of impact. She also works with first time buyers, move up buyers and senior citizens. She has sold at least five homes on behalf of the State of New Jersey, Department of Senior Services-Office of the Public Guardian located in Trenton. "I find working with the elderly very rewarding," says Broesler. "I use my life experiences to help families compassionately market and sell their homes. I help arrange for auctions, clean outs, and whatever it takes to get the job done."

Broesler is the mother of three children and resides with her husband John in Putnam Manor in Union, NJ. She has previously resided on eastern Long Island, and has real estate experience in New York, as well as certification as a computer consultant and trainer. Her husband, John, is a computer consultant at the United Nations Federal Credit Union. Their children attend Washington School, Kawameeh Middle School and Union High.
